This is the Original BMW right-side (passenger side) motor mount used on the N54 and N55 engines in E82 135i, E90/E92/E93 335i/335xi, E84 X1 35i, and E89 Z4 35i/35is. The engine mount is a regular replacement item that should be inspected and replaced if it shows signs of degradation, leaking, or damage. The mount itself is filled with a vibration-absorbing fluid that may leak or evaporate over time.
This engine mount is also often removed when replacing turbos on N54 models, making it the perfect time to replace the mount as well.
