This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 22116793240 (22 11 6 793 240) and is described as Engine Mount, Right (improved rubber) for the Z4 35is (E89), E92 335is Coupe, and E93 335is Convertible.
This engine mount is specific to the "is" model 335is and Z4 35is, which came with more torque and horsepower from the factory. This right side engine mount was improved to handle this change in power output on the twin-turbo N54 powered 335is and Z4 35is.
It is possible to use this right reinforced engine mount on non "is" 335 models as well. If you have a tuned 335i or 335xi that could use slightly stiffer engine mounts for added boost and power, but don't want to risk introducing too much NVH, this 335is engine mount may be a good fit and upgrade.
