This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11137570706 and is described as the steel lower oil pan gasket used on N63 and N63TU engines in the F10 550iX, F06/F12/F13 650iX, and F01/F02 750iX. This gasket seals the lower oil pan to the upper oil pan. BMW requires 30 new screws be installed at the same time (sold separately, see below).
