This OEM Valve Cover Gasket Set is for the N54 engine in the E82 135i, E90/E92 335i, E60 535i, and E89 Z4 35i/35is. This is the complete gasket - outer perimeter gasket is one piece with the spark plug hole gaskets, just like the original equipment gasket from BMW. This is because this gasket is made by Elring, an OEM supplier to BMW for many valve cover, cylinder head, and other gaskets. Elring gaskets have a two year warranty.
