This is Genuine BMW part number 12527557037 (12-52-7-557-037), a M8x20mm aluminum Torx mounting bolt for the water pump ground strap on BMW F10 535i, F06/F12/F13 640i, F01/F02 740i/740iL, E70 X5 35i, F15 X5 35i, E71 X6 35i, and F16 X6 35i. It's also used on F10 528i and E70 X5 3.0si with the N52 non-turbo engine.

This Torx bolt is used for the ground strap to the engine block and it may be loose or almost sheared off.
