For S58 (S58O and S58T) engines, BMW recommends replacing the spark plugs every 30,000 miles. Spark plugs are an essential maintenance item, especially if your BMW has been tuned for increased performance. Ignition coils can last 80,000-100,000 miles, but can also fail much sooner. We recommend replacing the ignition coils proactively, usually by the 90,000 mile mark. Our kit contains original BMW replacement components for a proper ignition tune-up.
