A/C Belt Tensioner with Pulley, INA - E65 745i, E53 X5 4.4i/4.8is N62

This is the mechanical A/C belt tensioner used on 2004+ E65 745i and E53 X5 4.4i/4.8is with the N62 V8 engine. The tensioner keeps the A/C belt at the proper tension for driving the A/C compressor. A failing tensioner will allow the belt to loosen or slip resulting in diminished performance.
