This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11288613707 (11 28 8 613 707) and is described as the main water pump & alternator serpentine belt for B46A and B58A engines. It measures 6PK x 1,155mm. As a preventative maintenance plan, we recommend replacing the Serpentine Belt every 40,000-60,000 miles. The extent of damage from a failed belt is worth the extra cost every few years.
This is an OEM B58 belt manufactured by Continental - the original supplier to BMW for this part, as well as many other belts and rubber parts.
