OEM Wastegate Actuator - Pneumatic - N20, N55, N63, and S63 Engines. This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11747626351 and is described as Pressure Converter. It's actually the actuator for the pneumatic wastegate, which vents excess boost pressure. These are a fairly common failure item, and also a good maintenance piece if doing any turbo maintenance on these engines that use the pneumatic wastegate actuator.
This item is also referred to as the Boost Solenoid, and is responsible for controlling boost levels by opening and closing the turbo wastegate.
N55 Applications - Please Confirm Actuator Type. Some versions use an Electric Wastegate ActuatorReplaces BMW Part # 11747584628 (11-74-7-584-628) and 11747649407 (11-74-7-649-407).
