N54 Rear Turbo Oil Return Line, Rein - E60 E61 535i 535xi (2008-2010)

This line replaces the bottom oil return line on the rear N54 535i/535xi turbocharger. New rubber o-rings are included.

Oil leaks on the N54 twin turbo can come from a number of places and the oil lines to the turbos are one of more likely. Usually it's the o-rings where the line attaches to the turbo housing. But in some cases a leak remains even after replacing the turbo oil line seals and in those cases it's probably the line itself. BMW uses a braided stainless steel line with metal ends crimped on and leaks develop from inside the crimps. The most cost effective fix is to replace the leaking N54 oil lines with new factory lines.
