This very comprehensive kit includes all of the commonly replaced gaskets and hardware for replacing the N55 turbo on the 2014+ F22 M235i, F30 335i, F32 435i, and 2016-2018 F87 M2.

When replacing the N55 turbo there are many parts that must be replaced and some that are simply a good idea to replace. This kit covers both and sits in between a minimalist kit for the ace DIYer and the ultra kit for the DIY or shop that wants a completely fresh install.

It should be noted that there are multiple methods for replacing the turbo and manifold on N55 models. BMW will remove the right side steering mount arm. Others say to remove the steering rack and sway bar. We have also seen the entire subframe, engine, and transmission dropped from underneath. With any method additional parts are likely required. Note for 335xi models: more parts must be removed to access the turbo on Xi AWD models. This may include the axle shaft, subframe, right side engine mount, and steering rack. How much you remove is dependent on your abilities and tool chest. All of the parts in this kit are common to the Xi models, however, there may be other parts needed depending on how much more is removed for access.
