This bundle of OEM parts is the bare minimum of parts needed to replace the front and rear turbos on your 2007-2010 E82 135i, E90/E92/E93 335i/335xi, or E60 535i/535xi N54 model. When replacing the N54 turbos there are many parts that must be replaced and some that are simply a good idea to replace. This kit is intended for the ace DIYer who does not need all of the parts from one of our full kits and will re-use some original parts. There are some parts like clamps that can be re-used and new studs are not necessarily required (we include 3 new studs just in case a few back out). This kit uses a mix of Genuine BMW and OEM parts - nothing aftermarket or suspect. These brands include Genuine BMW, Elring, and Victor Reinz and all parts have a two year warranty.

Kit Contents:
2 x 18307553601, turbo to downpipe gasket ring
4 x 11627509731, downpipe collar nut

2 x 11427563453, oil return lines to engine block o-ring
2 x 11422246091, oil return line to turbo housing profile gasket
8 x 11427558936, coolant line connection o-ring
2 x 13717568030, hotside chargepipe to turbo flange o-ring
1 x 13717568029, rear turbo inlet gasket ring
1 x 13712247398, front turbo inlet gasket ring
16 x 18407502196, copper flange nut
6 x 11627558906, turbo manifold gasket
3 x 11127593376, manifold stud
4 x 11427558936, oil supply line o-ring
1 x 11537545302, coolant pipe o-ring

It should be noted that while replacing turbos can be done with the car on jack stands, "the easiest" procedure is to drop the subframe, suspension, engine, and transmission from below (a lift is essential here). This allows infinite access to the parts. Soak all nuts, studs, and bolts in penetrating oil multiple times at least 24 hours in advance. Depending on which procedure you choose, additional parts may be required - see below for links or contact us for advice.

Note for 335xi/535xi models: more parts must be removed to access the turbos on Xi AWD models. This may include the axle shaft, subframe, right side engine mount, and steering rack. How much you remove is dependent on your abilities and tool chest. All of the parts in this kit are common to the Xi models, however, there may be other parts needed depending on how much more is removed for access. Contact us via phone or email for a group of parts we have available to assist you.

All of the parts in this kit are Genuine BMW or OEM - the original supplier to BMW for some of these parts. We bundled together all of these parts for special kit pricing. All parts include a two year warranty.

Are you reusing your original oil supply/return lines?
In some cases, the turbocharger oil lines can be reused. Careful inspection is highly recommended. Aging oil lines are a common source of leaks. The oil supply and return lines can also become kinked during the turbocharger removal process. If you suspect that your lines have been bent or damaged, it is wise to replace them preventively. Another reason to replace the N54 oil lines is that the lines can become plugged and restricted by burnt oil residue, causing the turbochargers to overheat and fail. If you're replacing your turbos, we recommend replacing the oil supply/return lines while you're in there. See below for BimmerWorld Recommended Related Items.

Don't forget to prime your turbo(s) with engine oil before running the engine!
