B58 Turbocharger Install Kit, Rein - G30 540i, G12 740i, X5/X6 40i

This kit includes all of the commonly-replaced gaskets and hardware related to swapping the turbo on your G30 540i, G12 740i, G15 840i, G05 X5, G06 X6, and G07 X7 "40i" models.

This kit is different than our own turbo install kit. The primary difference is this kit includes complete new oil and coolant lines instead of just the o-rings. It also includes all of the exhaust manifold studs. This would be a more comprehensive overhaul of the B58C turbo and manifold rather than a kit of bare essentials. There's certainly more parts that could be replaced or “while you're in there” so contact us if you'd like more, or less, parts to complete your B58 turbo swap.

These parts should also fit 2019-2020 A90 Supra with the B58 engine, although we have not confirmed fitment and design.

This is a B58 turbo install kit assembled by Rein Automotive (CRP) - a front-line supplier of original equipment, private label, and in-house engineered replacement parts. Rein replacement products meet or exceed all of BMW's original design, fitment, and performance requirements and they carry out testing with ISO and German TUV for quality control. Rein parts are the best alternative to more expensive Original BMW parts because they are virtually identical without the inflated price tag. This part has a two year warranty.
