This press and weld-in kit completely solves the infamous wastegate rattle issue on N54 turbos. Although installation is more involved than other kits, this is the "one and done" solution that you will never have to repeat. If your turbos still have a lot of life left in them and the only complaint is the waste gate rattle, don't despair! This kit will having you loving boost again.

The only sure way of eliminating the rattle is to lose the factory hardware altogether. The Vargas rattle kit includes components with much tighter clearances and permanent solutions instead of temporary fixes. The kit includes: stainless steel wear bushings, flapper assemblies, wastegate arms, rod ends, and stainless steel c-clips for both turbos. This upgrades the flapper and bushing assembly from 11.5mm to 12.6mm (1/2"). The new assemblies are pressed into the turbo housing and then welded so professional installation is required and the turbos must be removed.
