This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11127647711 (11 12 7 647 711) and is described as the M7x47mm stud used for the exhaust turbo manifold on B46 and B58 engines in F22 230i/M240i, F30 330i/340i, F32 430i/440i, G20 M230i, G22/G26 M440i, G30 530i/540i, G12 740i, G15 840i, F48 X1, F39 X2, G01 X3, G02 X4, G05 X5, G07 X7, G29 Z4 models. This stud has a Torx tip to make installation easier.

Sold per stud (individually). The B46 4 cylinder typically uses 4 of these while the B58 6 cylinder uses 7, in total. 

Exhaust studs are a common replacement item - they are easily ruined by rust, oil, and other chemicals. They are easily cross-threaded into the cylinder head or from the copper nut. And the nut and stud often come out together with the nut seized to the threads. It's always a good idea to have some spare exhaust studs on hand for an emergency or plan to replace a complete set any time a manifold is off.
