Any time you take the exhaust manifold off a bank of the S65 V8, you should be thinking strongly about fresh new exhaust manifold gaskets. And if you develop a leak on one exhaust manifold on the E9X M3, you should be replacing all 8 exhaust manifold gaskets, as the other gaskets are likely to fail soon as well. 

This gasket is sold individually. Be sure to order 4 if you are replacing all 8 cylinders (as well as 4 of part # 11627841115).
