This exhaust clamp is used for joining two sections of exhaust together on various BMW models. While the original BMW clamp is quite pricey, this high quality aftermarket clamp gets the job done at a much lower cost. While some jobs demand premium priced brands, this is one of those areas where the function of the part is quite easy, and therefore the replacement cost of this muffler clamp should be easy on your wallet as well. If you need an original BMW clamp, let us know. But for most people this affordable exhaust clamp will work just great for their BMW exhaust needs. 

This part is fairly universal, as long as you are clamping a similarly sized exhaust pipe as it was designed for. This clamp was made for approximately 2.5" inch OD (outside diameter).
