This is a replacement exhaust hanger, made by a quality aftermarket manufacturer - usually either Fischer, Meisersatz, Eberspaecher brands. This hanger style is used on the rear of many E46 3 series models, including the 1999-2000 323i, 328i sedan, the 2000 328Ci / 323Ci / 323iT, the 2001-2005 325i / 325xi / 330i / 330xi, and the 2001-2006 325Ci & 330Ci models.
