Note: these come with the Euro-style 3-bolt flange and will not bolt on to the US catalytic converter (unless original 2-bolt flanges are installed instead).

As a direct replacement upgrade it has not been designed to trick or disable any emissions controls. It is designed to work with all other factory emissions controls in place. However, it may not have been evaluated nor tested for emissions compliance and is not legal for installation or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehicle or in any state, province, or jurisdiction governed by, or which has adopted, CARB regulations for aftermarket parts.
