This kit includes fluid and the filter service kit for the GA6HP19Z 6-speed automatic transmission used in E82 128i/135i, E9X 325i/328i/330i/335i, E60 525i/528i/530i/535i, E70 X5 3.0si, E71 X6 35i, E85 Z4 3.0si, and E89 Z4 sDrive30i. The fluid is Pentosin ATF 1, the OEM equivalent to BMW ATF part #83222305396 and is Dexron VI compatible.

Note that changing the fluid on automatic transmissions can be a very technical process that requires a precise procedure, special tools, and/or professional-level diagnostics software. We believe automatic transmission fluid service should be left to a professional BMW technician.
