Oil Drain Plug, BMW - E46 M3, E9X M3, E60 M5, E63 M6, MZ3, Z4M

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 7119904550 (07 11 9 904 550) and is described as Genuine BMW Screw Plug,which is the oil drain plug used on several BMW "M" engines, including the S54 3.2 liter, S65 4.0 liter V8, and the S85 5.0 liter V10. 

You'd find this drain plug on the bottom of the oil pan on 2001-2006 E46 M3, 2001-2002 Z3 M Roadster (with S54), 2006-2010 E60 M5 and E63 M6, and the 2008-2013 E9X M3, including E90 M3 sedan, E92 M3 coupe, and E93 M3 convertible. Plugs can be re-used, only the crush washer needs to be replaced.

Oil drain plugs can be finicky.
