This car was first built in 2001 by BimmerWorld's in-house race shop. The #958 began it's life sponsored by German parts manufacturer, Meyle, and originally was a test mule to torture test Meyle and Meyle HD branded products. Not only did the parts withstand the rigors of wheel-to-wheel spec racing, this car emerged as ultra competitive in class, campaigned in the South Atlantic Region winning many races and titles, and escalating Phil's standings as a novice driver to a routine front-of-the-pack contender in fields of 30-40+ entries. To say this car has sentimental value to BimmerWorld and Phil is an under statement. But beyond that, this is a FAST and reliable car that has managed to stay straight and solid, with no major incidents or wrecks. This car is ready for a new owner and chapter!
