This Bosch Motorsport oxygen sensor is used for AFR and Lambda readings in your data logger or AFR gauge. The Bosch LSU4.9 is favored by many tuners, engine builders, and data engineers for its precise, accurate, and consistent readings. Many data acquisition and aftermarket standalone ECUs rely on a Bosch Motorsport sensor for their air:fuel readings.
This is the Bosch Motorsport universal wideband sensor and is not designed as an OEM replacement. It's intended only for aftermarket installations that call for a LSU4.9. Check with your manufacturer if your equipment calls for the older LSU4.2 sensor.
Bosch LSU4.9 specs: Wideband range: 0.65 to 1.6 (9.5-23.5 AFR) Exhaust gas pressure: <4bar Exhaust gas temp range (operating): <930C / 1,706F Exhaust gas temp maximum: 1,030C / 1,886F Max vibration (Stochastic Peak Level): <1,000 m/s2 Weight (without cable): 120g Length (without cable): 84mm Cable Length: 322mm Thread: M18x1.5 Wrench Size: 22mm Tightening Torque: 44ft-lbs / 60Nm
