This is a Genuine BMW ///M Logo Key Case, which has a black Nylon mesh and acts like a Sheath for your (expensive) key fob. It has the iconic BMW Motorsport "M" logo on the side, and a BMW roundel logo on the front.
This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 80230439629 (80-23-0-439-629) and is an authentic BMW accessory, and not a cheap unofficial copy.
These have become very difficult to find and we have a very small supply lift since BMW ceased production of them.
