This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 13537546244 (13 53 7 546 244) and is described as a new stock fuel injector for 2.3L, 2.5L, and 2.8L M52TU and M54 engines. 

These fuel injectors were used specifically on these dual-vanos M52tu and M54 engines, as offered for model years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and some 2006 models. This injector was generally used on the smaller displacement 2.5 liter and 2.8 liter engines, and not the larger 3.0L variation.

This is a new fuel injector, not rebuilt or remanufactured.
