Injection Valve with Air Flow HC1/2 - E36 M42/M44 01/1994+

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 13641247196 and is described as Injection Valve With Air Flow HC1/2, as used on January 1994 and newer production E36 and Z3 4 cylinder models. This includes the later examples of the M42 engine (second half of 1994 production, and all 1995 models) as well as all M44 engines (1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999). These 4 cylinder engines were used on the E36 318i, 318is, 318ic Convertible, 318ti compact, and Z3 1.9 liter roadster.  

Not for cars built before 01/1994. This injector is only for cars with a build date of 01/1994 and newer. Owners of 1994 or earlier models need to keep this in mind. All 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999 model years should apply and use this style.
