This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 13621433566 (13-62-1-433-566) and is described as HFM/Mass Air Sensor for the S62 5.0 liter V8 engine which was found on all E39 M5 and Z8 roadsters, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003. 

This HFM is manufactured by Bosch, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for BMW. This is the only brand HFM we would use on the E39 M5 or Z8.
