This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11618506782 (11 61 8 506 782) and is described as the preformed seal between the turbo outlet and the hotside chargepipe for the intercooler on N20, N26, and N55 turbo engines. Replacement of this gasket is strongly recommended any time the hotside chargepipe is removed from the turbo because a tight seal is needed to maintain boost levels (even stock).
