This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11618647975 (11 61 8 647 975) and is described as the intake manifold and top-mount charge air cooler for the B46D engine found in 2020+ G42 230i, G20 330i, G22/G26 430i, G30 530i, G01 X3 30i, G02 X4 30i, G29 Z4 30i, and A90 Supra. A new manifold includes new profile gaskets.

The plastic intake manifold not only distributes intake air but an internal radiator cools the intake air to make optimum power. The radiator is fed via its own water/coolant circuit and dedicated radiator in the nose. As with any radiator, it's prone to leaks. Unfortunately for these charge air coolers the leaks happen inside the manifold and can be hard to detect so be wary of any low coolant warnings.

This is a Genuine BMW B46 intake charge air cooler with a two year warranty.
