This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 63176911007 and is described as Fog Light, Left or Right, for the facelifted E46 4 Door sedan and wagon, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.
The E46 sedan and wagon got a "facelift" starting in 2002, or what BMW calls the life-cycle impulse (LCI). This fog light is found in all 3 series 4 door sedans and wagons that have the standard bumper. If your E46 sedan/wagon has the "M" style bumper, these fog lights will not work with your bumper, so please order carefully. This fog light can be used on either side of the car, driver side (left) or passenger side (right) and is made by an OEM supplier to BMW. This is the fog light we use in our own E46's at BimmerWorld, and we wouldn't use anything less.
