This item is described as Bulb which replaces BMW part number 7119905329 (71 19 9 053 29). This is a 12 volt / 21 watt "wedge" style incandescent bulb with an amber / orange outer coloring. 

This bulb has uses on BMWs and non-BMWs, but the most common use on a BMW is the LCI "facelifted" E46 2 door coupe and convertible models, which include 2004, 2005 and 2006 model 325Ci and 330Ci. It's also used on the front end of the E63/E64 6 series spanning model years 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 for the 645Ci and 650Ci models, as well as M6 models from 2006-2010. Please note, there were a few different lighting options for some of these models, so a visual check and confirmation of your existing bulb is always a good idea. 

This bulb has the amber / orange color, which makes it ideal for cars with clear/amber/euro style turn signal which are DOT mandated to blink with an orange color. If the lamp is clear/white, then this yellow/orange bulb is the preferred way to go. 

Please note on E46 3 series models: This bulb is ONLY for the 2004-2006 2 door models.
