Product Pricing Specialist

Department: Web/Marketing

Reports To: Website & Data Manager

Location: This position is part of a collaborative team based in the New Hampshire Seacoast area. Candidates should be within commuting distance of Greenland, NH (Off I-95).

Overall Responsibility:
Ensuring all pricing is maintained and accurate in the BimmerWorld NetSuite ERP and customer website. Managing and implementing pricing export/imports operations to adhere to vendor MAP agreements and established Business Objectives. Auditing and correcting inventory parts, kits, and assemblies for profitability, competitiveness, and position in established marketplaces.

Key Job Duties:
● Maintains all pricing in the BimmerWorld product catalog
● Serves as the primary contact between multiple departments for pricing requests, remediation, and inquiries
● Engages vendors for price lists; Establish as primary POC for pricing-related topics and updates
● Uses vendor price lists, portals, and data feeds to synchronize BimmerWorld products by MPN/UPC/SKU and facilitate both bulk import operations and individual updates, as required.
● Works with Purchasing Department to document vendor cost structures, discounts, and volume incentives, for the purpose of assisting with and performing vendor cost updates
● Creates, Runs, and Maintains Reports to audit and preserve profitability objectives
● Uses software tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database tools to reduce time requirements of pricing tasks and strive for 100% accuracy, all the time.
● Performs routine "Market Checkups" on product lines deemed important to BimmerWorld’s core business to ensure we are well-positioned in the marketplace and adherence to MAP guidelines.
● Assists in identifying products missing from the BimmerWorld catalog for the purpose of new product opportunities, gaps in coverage, and resolving missed opportunities.
● Watches industry and competitors for trends and advises opportunities pertaining to price initiatives and opportunities. Ideas on strategy should be shared with relevant department heads.
● Stays in constant communication with other Web Team members to avoid data “collisions”, update errors, redundant or lost work.
● Perform other product data duties and tasks, as assigned

Educational Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:
● 5+ years experience with Ecommerce, preferably auto parts
● Proficiency in complex spreadsheets, Excel, Google Sheets, and pricing formulas
● Advanced problem solving skills
● Knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry
● Familiar with industry and trends
● Ability to meet goals
