This is the side impact sensor used by the side air bag system of late production (3/1999 and later) BMW Z3 and E36 318ti. This is a Genuine BMW sensor, so you can be assured of perfect operation and safety for replacing a faulty / bad side airbag sensor. 

Only for Cars Built 3/1999 and later

This Sensor Fits Z3 1.9, 2.3, 2.5, 2.8, 3.0 and Z3 M Coupe & Roadster and E36 318ti hatchback. Not for cars built before March of 1999 (3/1999 and later only).
