Steering Shaft Universal Joint, BMW - E46 M3 330i 325i 4/2001+

This is the steering shaft u-joint used between the steering rack and column shaft on 4/2001-up E46 325i, 330i, and M3 models. The u-joint is a critical piece of the steering column and needs to be replaced if the rubber joint shows signs of cracking or failure. BMW lists this as part number 32301094703 (32-30-1-094-703). 

On 2001 model E46, you'll need to check your production date, found on the driver's side door jamb. If the date is 04/2001 or later, this is the steering u-joint you will want. If your car is 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 E46 model, you won't need to check your production and this should be the correct part. (Please note, not for cars previous to the 2001 model year.)
