Bilstein B16 (PSS9) Coilover Kit - 48-104555 - E39 M5 & 540i Sedan

The engineers at BILSTEIN have created the ultimate race inspired suspension: The BILSTEIN B16 PSS9 for the V8 model E39 5 Series sedan. This coilover suspension is made specifically for the E39 M5 and 540i Sedan models.

This is an innovative suspension system that delivers unsurpassed driving performance for your 1997-2003 540i sedan or 2000-2003 E39 M5. It has manually adjustable damping mono-tube gas shock absorbers featuring 9 precise compression and rebound settings, from comfort to competition.

The Bilstein B16 system puts you in complete control, providing the kind of precise suspension tuning formerly available only on race cars.  The threaded body of each damper allows accurate adjustability of the front and rear progressive rate springs to achieve the perfect vehicle ride height, optimal center of gravity and exact level of performance handling desired. From a weekend of competition to daily driving, this system provides perfect handling performance for every situation. 

This kit is designed to fit E39 540i and M5 sedan (1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003).
