KONI GTS Coilover Suspension Kit - F30/F31 3-series, F32/F33 4-series

F30, F31, F32, F33, KONI Yellow Sport shocks, threaded housings and spring perches, front camber plates, and 2.25" springs tuned for sporty street and backroad spirited driving.

KONI has taken their celebrated Yellow Sport dampers and matched them with street-sport spring rates and adjustable ride height perches. Lowering range is 30-65mm (1.18-2.5"). Spring rates are 350 front and 900 rear and all spring hardware is 2.25" so alternative rates and lengths can be easily sourced*.

Koni Sport/GTS shocks are designed for sport/lowered springs and feature digressive valving combined with adjustable rebound settings. Digressive valving is stiffer than OEM shocks on slow suspension motions (cornering) but gets softer as shock piston speeds increase (bumpy pavement). These shocks are tuned for sporty handling but engineered to maintain a level of ride comfort acceptable to most.

The shock rebound (extension) setting is adjustable - use the base setting for around town and everyday driving and switch to the stiffer setting for more damping control and stiffer suspension for twisty and backroad spirited driving. Rebound adjustment is done via a knob at the top of each shock (no need to remove and compress to change the setting). Shock travel has been optimized to work with these springs* and in the approved height adjustment range.

Front adjustable camber plates are included. No rear shock mounts are included and we recommend Powerflex upper and lower shock mounts (or use new OEM mounts).

*Front springs are taller than we typically use in our own coilover kits. This puts the perch lower and next to the tire sidewall (rather than above it). Wheels wider than 9" are not likely to fit and other wheel sizes may require spacers depending on their offset.
