This is a Febi-Bilstein rubber bushing for the right front control arm (aka wishbone) on F44 228i, M235i Gran Coupe (2021-2024), F48 X1 28i, 28ix (2016-2022) and F39 X2 281, 28ix M35ix (2018-2023). This bushing/bracket assembly bolts to the chassis, and receives the stub on the rear of the control arm and can be replaced separate from the arm itself. Worn control arm bushings will affect the ride, handling, and steering and can also cause clunking noises and vibrations. To restore steering precision and taught handling, replace the bushings at the first sign of wear.
NOTE: BMW requires new hardware to be installed at the same time as the bushing (see Related Items below).
