Rear Toe Arm Bushings (RTAB), Powerflex - E82 128i/135i, E9X 325i/328i/330i/335i

Powerflex urethane bushings replace the stock rubber bushings in the rear E82 and E90/E91/E92/E93 toe control arm (BMW part #33326763471). The stock rubber bushings wear over time and this arm controls the rear toe alignment. Stiffer urethane bushings last longer and have much less deflection than any rubber bushing. This results in less alignment change even when driven hard and a more planted and secure feeling. The same bushing is used for the inner and outer locations of the toe control arm.

BMW does not sell the toe arm bushings separately. You must buy a new arm to get new bushings (and only get a two year warranty). The Powerflex bushings are a direct replacement for the stock bushings but last longer and have a lifetime warranty!

Unlike other urethane bushings using only one or two urethane grades, Powerflex design engineers choose the correct hardness to allow for the specific movement or rigidity required for each component while minimizing unwanted NVH. Bushings are typically produced in one of three grades – Yellow (70-80A, approximately 25% stiffer than stock), Purple (80-90A, approximately 30% stiffer than stock), and Black (90-95A, approximately 80% stiffer than stock).

Powerflex copper-based grease is supplied with every bushing set, and they will rarely need re-lubing due to the unique design features built into the material to hold the lubricant.

Bushings are sold in pairs. 1 pair of bushings = 1 arm. If ordering for both arms, order two pairs of bushings.
