The E30 325ix Front Control Arm is a Genuine BMW "ix"-specific control arm.
The BMW E30 3-Series front suspension is a basic, durable design incorporating a lower control arm and McPherson strut assembly. The lower control arm has pressed-in joints that can become worn, causing poor handling traits and bad tire wear. We suggest replacing the entire arm and joint assembly at one time for an easy installation and assurance of a fully new part. Also, if you have worn ball joints on one side of your BMW, there is a good chance the other arm is at the end of its service life as well. Therefore, we will typically suggest replacing the arms as pairs.
