Complete set of upper thrust arms and lower wishbones for F87 M2, F80 M3, and F82/F83 M4. This is the complete set of four F8X front control arms for a total overhaul replacement. These are the Genuine BMW control arms to restore the original ride, handling, and steering precision.
Set includes:
1 x 31122284531, upper left thrust arm (aka tension strut)
1 x 31122284532, upper right thrust arm (aka tension strut)
1 x 31122284529, lower left wishbone
1 x 31122284530, lower right wishbone
Each arm includes the outer ball joint and inner bushing.
Note: if you're replacing original hardware, or the factory torque procedure was used, all of the bolts must be replaced. The factory torque procedure is to tighten the bolts to a specific torque value and then an additional rotation to stretch the bolt. This stretch helps to prevent the bolt and nut from loosening. Stretched bolts cannot be re-torqued to the same specs as it will likely snap the bolt. A new hardware kit is required - see Related Items below.
