Lowering your F87 M2, F80 M3, or F82 M4 involves compromises that you can either live with or correct using more specialized parts. This front lower wishbone is the latter - positioning the control arm for optimum alignment during the full range of motion. Rod ends and spherical bearings eliminate flex and binding inherent in the factory rubber bushings, reducing deflection and alignment change under load. Spacers are included to correctly position the ball joint with the new roll center on lowered vehicles.
Designed for track/racing use only but includes headlight adjusting rod. Special droop-limiters in the shocks are not required with these arms. Use of solid and spherical bushings will have more noise and harshness than any other material and are not recommended for street use.
F8X Wheel Size Note: these arms are excellent for track wheels and tires up to 10.0-10.5" and 285-295 widths. To fit 11.0" and 305-315 tires we had to change the control arms, strut body, and camber plates. If you're happy with 285-295 tires, or drive the car on the street sometimes, these "standard width" arms are the recommended choice.
