Powerflex Track-Series Urethane Rear Subframe Mounts - E24, E28

The last subframe bushings you'll need for your BMW E24 6-series or E28 5-series! Greatly reduced deflection for use on smooth surfaces on track-driven E24/E28 models, with a lifetime warranty. This convenient kit includes both rear subframe bushings to replace your tired, worn-out or failed stock subframe bushings. Replaces stock BMW part number 33311130487.

The entire rear suspension is mounted to the chassis with these subframe mounts. This makes them essential to handling performance, ride, and even traction. As power (torque) is applied through the rear differential the suspension must not deflect too much to cause instability. Rubber subframe mounts can deflect and flex even when brand new and especially with added power and torque. Even BMW has gone to stiffer mounts on most of their ///M models. Urethane bushings slot in-between soft rubber and solid Delrin or aluminum to deliver more precision and performance without degrading Noise, Vibration, or Harshness. The firmer material keeps the alignment in check with less variation. The car feels more planted and confidence-inspiring. And a lifetime warranty means you'll likely never have to pay for another bushing ever again!

These bushings use Powerflex's 95A durometer polyurethane compound for a massive reduction in bushing deflection. These are not completely solid but very close and will improve handling thanks to a more rigid mounting point than the failure prone stock rubber subframe bushings that all BMW E24/E28 came equipped with from the factory.

This rear subframe kit includes 2 x Powerflex Black-Series rear subframe bushings, enough to replace the rear subframe bushings on 1983-1989 E24 and E28 models, including M cars.
