Rear Track Strut (Left/Right), Rein - E82, E9X, E84

The "Track Strut" or Track Rod is the rearmost arm in the back suspension of E82 128i/135i and E9X 325i/328i/330i/335i models. The inner bushing uses an eccentric washer to adjust toe alignment (hardware sold separately).

A worn control arm bushing will cause the alignment to change beyond the required spec and affect tire wear. A really bad bushing will even affect toe alignment in a straight line, not just in the corners. Drivers will often note that the rear of the car does not feel planted or complain of wandering or loose feeling as the car no longer tracks straight down the road.
