BMW Hardware Kit for Spring Install - G8X M2/M3/M4

BMW uses Torque-to-Yield (TTY) fasteners on a lot of suspension arms - during assembly/install the bolts and screws are tightened, then given a further tightening that stretches the bolt and makes it almost impossible for the bolt or nut to come loose. Unfortunately, stretching the bolt makes it useless once it has been loosened and removed and it must be replaced.

BMW requires all new hardware for the M Performance spring installation on the G87 M2, G80 M3, and G82 M4 models. This kit includes all of the BMW-recommended hardware for suspension spring installation (and probably applies to coil overs too).

xDrive note: this package applies to xDrive AWD models as well but additional parts will be required. So far we have identified an extra pair of front pinch bolts (07119905418) and the collar screw for the front axle (31206866022). Add these from the Related Items below.

These are all Genuine BMW suspension bolts with a two year warranty. Buying a Genuine part will usually be more expensive than an OEM or aftermarket brand but you are assured that it meets BMW's designs for fitment, performance, and longevity. It will also be the very latest design, incorporating any updates or revisions that an aftermarket brand typically will ignore.
