This is a stock M Sport spring, not an aftermarket spring, and will be the same as the original M Sport as it left the factory. You can use it on M Sport models as a direct replacement or use it on base/standard models as a retrofit. Original springs may become damaged, broken, or worn out over time and mileage. Worn or broken springs can be a very serious drivability and safety issue and must be replaced as soon as possible. Always replace springs in pairs.

Springs should only be replaced in pairs, i.e. a pair for the front axle or a pair for the rear.

This is an OEM coil spring manufactured by an original supplier to BMW for many other suspension components. As the OEM it meets all of BMW's original design, fitment, and performance requirements and is TUV approved.
