This is an electric power steering rack, as used on many non-M "F chassis" BMW 5, 6 and 7 series models with rear wheel drive. It includes what BMW calls the EPS control unit. 

This steering rack unit is NOT FOR xDrive models. ONLY is intended for RWD models. 


Only for cars with electric power steering. Note that early model 7 series (F01 and F02 before the facelift) do not use this steering rack assembly. 

This is an OE (original equipment manufacturer) rack, as made by Bosch/ZF, original suppliers to BMW. You can be assured of ideal fitment, operation, and lifespan. This is the latest version of this eletric steering rack, so you can be assured this version includes all design and manufacturing revisions made through the years. 

The price of this part includes a refundable core charge. At last update, the core charge was $600 from BMW. Upon receipt and approval of your rebuildable core, a refund for the amount of the core charge will be issued. Please note, this core charge amount may change at any time.
