Power Steering Outlet Pipe, Rein - E39 525i 528i 530i

This is the Power Steering Return Hose (from PS Rack To PS Pump) as used on six cylinder BMW 5 series models. Fitment of this steering hose includes E39 528i, 525i, and 530i Sedan and Wagon, for model years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003.

This hose carries fluid out of the steering rack and into the steering cooler. Like some other hoses it has a metal pipe with swaged (crimped) fittings that are prone to leaking. A replacement of the hose is required. Note that new hardware or seals should also be used at either end (see Related Items below).
