Outer Right Tie Rod End, Lemforder - F15 X5, F85 X5M, F16 X6, F86 X6M

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 32106858738 (32 10 6 858 738) and is described as the outer ball joint for the steering tie rod on F15 X5, F85 X5M, F16 X6, and F86 X6M models. This part is not for vehicles equipped with the optional Active Steering system (code S217A).

This is the outer end of the tie rod only. The complete tie rod part number, inner and outer, is BMW #32106858737 (see link below). While you can replace just the outer ball joint, it's very likely the inner ball joint is worn and should be replaced as well.
