This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 33311091422 (33-31-1-091-422) and is described as OEM BMW Rear Axle Rubber Mounting, more commonly known as a rear subframe bushing for the 1997-2003 BMW 5 series, which is the E39 sedan chassis, and includes all 1997-2000 528i, 1997-2003 540i, 2001-2003 525i, 2001-2003 530i, and 2000-2003 E39 M5. 

For sedan models only. Not for Touring Wagon models. 

This bushing is sold individually and there are four per BMW. Be sure to add four to your cart if you are replacing all of them and are overhauling your E39's rear subframe and want to do the job right.
