This is one of the most popular suspension combinations for the BMW E30 325e, 325es, 325i, 325is, and E30 M3. H&R Sport springs drop the 325e/325i by 1.3 inches front and rear (-1.0/-0.75 for M3 and 325es/325is models). With a lowered ride height and stiffer spring there is less bodyroll in turns and better weight transfer. The ride height gives a raked look and aggressive stance. H&R springs are progressively wound - they get stiffer as they are compressed and are stiffer overall than Eibach Pro-Kit or Sportline.
